Wikipedia Rejection

My second "online poker" edit was removed as expected. It was a little surprising how fast it was removed. Maybe this goes to show that their are a lot of people on wikipedia looking to make sure things are represented properly.

It's incredible how fast some things are taken down from wikipedia. I originally put up an article on 'The June Spirit' yet it was taken down within an hour or so because those in charge stated that it was not an appropriate article to put up since 'The June Spirit' is only a small time band and basically had no relevance on wikipedia. I wasn't sure if it could be included on wikipedia yet I had no idea it would be taken down that fast!

I know. There are some pretty big wiki geeks out there staying on top of things. I guess it is for the benefit of all that such people care enough to keep the site relative and accurate however I have to question the kind of time these people have.
